Please say a prayer for our family, it seems that someone has a bad case of heartburn with me and has been going to our local Dept. of Children and Families and telling them that I am neglecting my son because I work too many hours. That's a tough thing for me to handle because I am a single parent and I have to work hard to support my family. They are telling me that I need to leave work early to pick him up at least 2 to 3 days a week and I also need to leave work in the mornings to take him to school so I don't get reported again. I am being held hostage and prevented from making a living for my family by all of this! The stress that all of this has caused is making life even more difficult and I am living in fear of another attack if this nightmare doesn't settle down. Please pray that DCF will get that these allegations are unfounded and this is someone trying to do harm to a family that has already been thru enough. Karen
So sorry Karen... DCF needs to go out and watch those poor kids that really need help. Hope everything works out for you.
Thank you all, one of my daughters takes him to school and picks him up a lot of the times, but they are demanding that I do it at least 2 to 3 times a week to keep me from getting another visit from DCF. I can't understand all this, I am working to keep a roof over his head and support him and the rest of my family. It's just weird.
