I'm scared they won't like it and will say no.

    I'm scared I can't do it right.

I'm chicken, so I have been putting this off.

I am beaten up by my job, so I have been disheartened....

but I HAVE to do it. you only live once....

PROCRASTI-NATION. that is where I live.

the apple part will provide the juice to go on, the thorn part will handle anything they can dish out--you can do it! (famous quote from Adam Sandler's The Waterboy)

Thorn--that is great news--rare when anybody gets paid for their art--hope it works out for you so that it can become your "real" job--wouldn't that be really cool?
you haven't said what you sent them and who the are (or did I miss that?)

oh argh....well, we'll see. I am sending them some sample images...even though I have had photos published in wildflower mag, washington post, a zillion papers in michigan, GR magazine twice, garden solutions magazine, and we have made POSTERS out of my images....they want to see what I "have". Um....I am not sending them 15 gigs of publication quality images, folks...too busy and that is just plain silly.

I wonder how complicated this is going to be? I can write up a storm and know how to shoot to illustrate it....wish me more luck. I am just tired and my @$(UT&#%**^%^$ ear is acting up. BUT>>>>I can still write anyway. Pttttthhhhtttpt.
