My doc is very adamant that I do 5 weeks of strict lo-so with diuretic....even though I don't think it affects me / help me at all....anyway, I figured I should at least try it. So, I am an extremely busy, somewhat athletic guy who doesn't know how to cook much. I work out so I would like to maintain my weight, which means I'd like to have a fairly high calorie and carb count. Also, I'd like to either buy stuff from outside, or cook something simple for less than 10 mins. What I have so far: Steak (rib eye = 200 mg) Pasta with meat sauce (ground beef = 150 mg) Sushi meal (generally 200mg) Cereal + milk Sandwiches (meats + cheese 300 mg) Are the sodium counts accurate? Is there anything I can buy ready-to-eat directly from outside/online? And what else is there? Suggestions?? High calorie/carbs, easy to make, and lo-so? Thanks!
