There are 4 main symptoms of Meniere's, (Vertigo, Tinnitus, Nausea, and hearing loss/and or Fluctuating hearing loss)
however,
There are MANY symptoms that people with Menieres experience daily.
*UPDATED 4-11-01*

My Symptoms are as follows:

Meniere's has drastically changed my life in the past 6 years. I no longer drive due to anxiety attacks and perception problems (I blew 2 tires on the right side in one week from hitting a curb too hard. I thought it was farther than it was!) I used to be very out going and now I am shy and quiet, mostly due to my hearing loss and not being able to really hear myself talk. My world has gone from the entire city of Colorado Springs to a mile radius of my home, and lately I am more nervous about going farther than a few blocks from home without someone with me. I have lost all my independence. I cannot clean my home in one day due to getting very fatigued easily. I am currently seeing a psychologist to learn how to deal with all these life changes and to learn how to accept my Meniere's.
