From Barbara M

I think I met Sharon on line in 1999. When I first joined the Coper's support group, she was one of the first to greet me and make me feel so welcome. She had recently updated the coper's list home page and was so helpful when we wanted to add something about ourselves, pets, or this terrible disease called MM. I always felt so close to her, even though I never met her in person. Her strong character always shone through whenever she posted a note, and even though she was hurting or uncomfortable at times, she always went that extra mile to welcome others or to empathize with our discomfort or pain. These last couple of years have really been a challenge for her and I am so comforted that she is at peace at last. Sharon, if you are listening, please know that you will be sorely missed for your wonderful spirit and caring nature.........you reached out to so many of us and we will never forget you! I know that the brightest star shining in the sky tonight has to be you!

The memories we have of Sharon are always those of an unselfish, loving, caring and compassionate friend. She did so much for all of us and was always available with a kind and comforting, thought or word. Her website gave so much to each of us and her tribute to Dennis was a work of art.

Sharon was a wonderful friend. Several years ago she helped me buy my new computer and taught me how to use it. We had very long talks on the phone and by email and never once was she not most helpful to an absolute computer dummy. She would patiently answer question after question and was always pleasant, cheerful . I shall always miss her and will think of her often as I use my computer. My biggest regret was that we did not to get to meet in person.
