Remembering to only eat one slice at a time...

One container of Dannon "Fruit on the Bottom" (whatever flavor) yogurt - I like peach or strawberry for this. Blueberry is also a good one (higher antioxidants). Entire container 6 oz container is 130mg Sodium.
One Keebler Graham Cracker "ready" pie crust (Keebler Ready Crust has only 5g of fat, and has 0g cholesterol. Sugar 6g, and - the whole thing - Sodium at 115mg.)
One Cool Whip FREE topping (defrosted) 5mg Sodium.

Mix the yogurt and half of the Cool Whip together well and pour into the pie crust.
Distribute the remaining Cool Whip on top.
Cover with wax paper and place in freezer for 2 - 3 hours.
Check after 90 to avoid frost crystals, but WHO CARES!

There are other crusts and I also add banana slices or fresh berries on top sometimes.

http://www.calorie-count.com has info on most retail foods, by the way.

    :)
