Give me some ideas. Not in the mood for salad.
Steak on the grill with potato cubed with cheese and seasonings.
Thats what I am doing for dinner. Out in my back yard with the grill lit in the middle of a blizzard.
Just the mention of cheese just about set me off!
How about a tuna sub with veggies
Lunch and Dinner are the same when you live alone. On Sunday I had pizza for breakfast (just sounded good)
A burrito. I ran this morning...
Stuffed Peppers are easy and sound great for lunch (Can you tell I am hungry I keep coming back to this thread)
I am at work and the cook is still 40 minutes away from lunch....I can't wait. Reading this has made my mid-section start growling at me.
I can't get the thought of that steak out of my mind. Though I might do some stuffed Jalapeno peppers on the side.
Frijoles negros y amarillo, y gazpacho. Con salsa picante y pan cubano. Y un cafe cubano sin leche.
Philly cheesesteak it is
Lets see there is Gumbo and rice, or maybe a bowl of homemade chicken and noodle soup or chicken with lemon pepper and rice soup. Now I know what I'm having for dinner tonight!
There is a small place not too far from here you can get a half a cuban and a cup of Garbanzo bean soup or black bean soup for about $5
creamed hot soup > chicken stock, green chili, onions (sauteed first) an apple, couple spuds, bit of rice and pasta, bit of miso, some cayenne, white beans or black beans, adjust to taste.
¿Qué hay de arroz y frijoles con pescado, eso es lo que estoy pasando hoy en día.
Yes to all of them.
No, gracias, tuve que ayer ...
just happen to have a pot of that soup in the refrigerator. Gladly share
Sorry but I couldn't make it by lunch. Your probably on your own.
