What is this - do you mean you scramble this up and cook it in a frying pan?

Today, after oatmeal and a banana the last 3 days, I fell off the wagon and took down 2 Chick Fil
A chicken biscuits and a large Coke on the way home from the YMCA.

I usually don't eat lunch except for some fruit, H2O and maybe a few thin mint Girl Scout cookies so I should be ok until dinner and then all bets are off.

Tomorrow I will get back on the wagon. I just love those Eat more Chicken ads from chick Fil A.

    Stay strong everybody

Homemade milk kefir smoothie and a Tablespoon of almond butter. Two cups of dark roast coffee. The only change is the fruit in the smoothie each morning.

I got tired and forgot to eat dinner last night so this morning I had a scrambled egg and English muffin along with a bowl of frosted mini wheats (blueberry) and fruit loops mixed together. It was heavenly.

We generally all eat the same stuff for our meals. But if they want to eat something different they can make it.

I've pretty much fed the family well for a long time. I did not grow up in the U.S. so fast food or ready made meals were rarely a part of our eating habits. I cook every day and make sure 60% of what is on our plates is fruits and vegetables. It's just habit I guess.

    240ml filtered water

    4 stalks kale

    4 celery stems

    1 cucumber (with the skin)

    1 pear, halved

    1/2″ ginger

    Blend like a mofo.

I have same as you...a couple eggs...sometimes I add in some onion or spinach or some no salt added turkey and some fruit but very little because I also have to watch my sugar.

Well I'm back on our home made granola with reduced nuts for now. Had it for 3 days now and no problems so far.
