    We had snow on Christmas Day :) Still have at least an inch of ice covering EVERYTHING!!

    My partner and our sons cut down our fatally wounded Birch tree yesterday :'(

    Thanks Intrepid ... it's hard when your love ones are suffering.

    Things are starting to get better. We've done what we can to secure and make our property safe except you can't get road salt anywhere so ice is still a problem ... slowly the community will get cleaned up and we'll all move forward.

    There are still people without power so the priority right now is to get them some.

    Hope you get back to normal soon. The aftermath of Storms can be devastating esp in winter.

    It's just GORGEOUS! Been outdoors all morning.

    Not bad today but single digit and below zero temperatures are heading this way with wind chills anywhere from -20 F to -40 F and more snow in the forecast for tomorrow.

    Will be staying indoors where it's nice and warm and snuggling with my kitty Emma.
