What is totally kicking your @$$ right now?

Thank you. I like some of your posts. You seem genuine and very informed.

 

I'm over 2 weeks into a brutal viral infection which has now travelled to my bad ear. Just hoping and praying that it doesn't do any extra damage to my ear and really hoping that it doesn't trigger severe vertigo attacks.

 

I'm in week 4 of a training program with a friend to run a 10K race in May. Today kicked my behind a little bit. I was dizzy and that's never fun when you're running! But I did it. I'm so excited about the whole thing.

Me too! I've never been a runner. Last summer I convinced myself to train for a 5K because I didn't like the idea of being unable (thinking I was unable!) to do something. That went well so I joined a running group in December and it was awesome! I met my running buddy there and we're training for a 10K. Let's see how that goes. I'd love to do a half toward the end of this year or early next.

 

I love to run. Unfortunately I have chondromalacia patella in my right knee. I can do 7k quite comfortably but anything after that and my knee starts to complain. I will have to accept that I will never do a 10k, but I am so pleased for you that you are getting it done! I am impressed.
