Trader Joes is a chain of healthy living grocery stores that has expanded recently across the United States.
They can be found at http://traderjoes.com
TJ's on-line Reading Room has lists of the products they carry that are low-sodium, gluten free, low fat, Kosher, etc.
If there isn't a store in your area you may try calling the one closest to you to see if they can mail the products to you.

Just one example of their products is their Organic Free Range Low Sodium Chicken Broth. It is gluten and fat free and only has 70mg of sodium for one cup compared to Swanson's Chicken broth at 960mg for the same amount.

I just love this place, we are getting one closer to where I live. Makes shopping so much easier for those on restricted diets.

They have the best no-salt added tuna at the best price. They have no-salt-added cans of tomatoes, and their roasted garlic salsa has only 40 mg sodium per 2 tablespoons, and it's delicious!
They have low-salt chips, granola snack bars, and cereals.
    Lots more.
