    Update:

    Braves swept the Phillies with a win today.

    McCann has homered in 3 straight and is heating up.

    This is Chipper's last season: A First Ballot Hall of Famer----A top 5 third baseman of all time.

    Looking to make a run in 2nd half if the pitching gets better/healthy.

    Chris--- when I was growing up I played Baseball and Soccer.

    Here is my take on it----- I would much rather go sit and watch a baseball game live than football live, just more relaxing and enjoyable to me. ----- But I would much prefer to watch Football on TV. ------- college more so than the pros, but I admit the pro game is so much more played at a higher level.

    Hockey: we lost the Thrashers in Atlanta and I went to a few games and loved it---- maybe the best spectator sport live, but don't watch it on TV. I also don't know enough about the game and strategy as well as the players to get into it. ---- but a great sport!

    I can see where people find baseball boring but hitting a baseball is the hardest thing to do in the world. If you hit .300 over a career you could be one of the best that ever played yet in reality you failed 7 out of 10 times. No other job in the world can you be a multimillionaire and superstar and fail 70% percent I the time.

    I like them both---- baseball live, Football on TV.

    Your Thrashers, we have them now. :) We like them an awful lot.

    I don't get baseball. I tried really hard, but it's boring to me. I like football, but only Canadian. ;p

    Enjoy the Thrashers! Yea, I understand about baseball, I guess it is one of those things you have ro play to love. I never played football, never big enough (weight wise) but do enjoy watching it on TV---- not live.
