Roasted Seaweed

    I bought a package of roasted seaweed this afternoon at Trader Joe's.It the one food that supposed to have the most amounts of ant-oxidants.It came in thin sheets.It was only $0.99 so I thought I'd try it.Even though it's supposed to be very healthy I don't think I'd buy it again.I bought some red grapes too.

    I never saw those at my Trader Joe's. They are not so good on their own. Try crumbled over a rice dish. Or try making a vegetarian sushi or California roll.-Yvonne
