    Do not quit. You have a good reason to win a case of discrimination because of your diasability. He is asking you to do something that is illegal.

    You may be eligible for Unemployment. Go to your local Equal Opportunity Employment Office, they can help you.

    The final decision is in. Basically they told me not to worry about attendance percentages month to month, that as long as I have a note from my doctor for extended periods of leave, I'd be okay! I don't qualify for FMLA yet because of lack of hours, but I'm just glad this whole thing is behind me!
