Prayers for those in financial distress

    I read this scripture this morning and it became clear, once again, that we ARE our brother's keeper. As a Christian, I am called to share what I have, even if it is a small amount of time, money, and love. Jesus had a simple message and that was love one another and share your faith.

    God will respond to the prayer of the destitute;
    he will not despise their plea
    Let this be written for a future generation,
    that a people not yet created may praise the Lord
    Psalm 102:17-18
