Wayne is my first cousin, my dad's nephew, one of 4 boys - the youngest cousin Gerry, my age passed away 3 years ago of liver damage/complications. Wayne will have esophagectomy, date for surgery I do not know yet, dad has told me today the update, operation will be 10-12 hours with 3 months rehab. my cousin I don't see hardly at all, last time at my mom's funeral, but, he is still my cousin, the boys and I grew up together. He is in his late 60's, married, step children, his only son died 9 years ago of drug overdose, Wayne has been through a lot over the years. he is dx: Barrett's disease. Dad is doing good and handling the news good. He doesn't see the other 2 sons, they never have called him and no loss their. Wayne's second wife is wonderful, loving, and by his side always. Ruth
