It's like working with the same people in a very small office for a long time. Eventually friendships happen, rivalries develop, jelousies arise. Some people have been here more than ten years so they have complicated histories that we new people don't know about. But IMO it doesn't usually affect the important work of the forum. I can't give you specifics because I wasnt here then but the people are good people and they can coexist peacefully. I just ignore it.

I would consider myself a man at this point.
