3 weeks ago I had an accident in the house which caused my right foot to be in a lot of pain.I didn't think it was broken.I thought whatever it was it would heal on it's own.Well up onto today it hasn't healed and so early this morning I drove over to Kaiser Permanent and had them x-ray my foot. They found my right foot Metatarsal was fractured. No surgery was needed but they did give me a knee high boot to wear. The medication they're going to send me,one of which is Meloxicam.I just hope this doesn't take too long to heal.

Saw the orthopedist yesterday,Monday. He said my foot is healing nicely and that I do not have to wear the boot.He said I should continue taking Meloxicam,tabs,15mg.
I find I'm walking a lot better. No need to use my cane now either.
