Long time, no see - my progress

    For me, anxiety has been a part of it, but I've never needed anxiety meds. My reaction was to get pissed off at the doctors :) It took a while, when I started feeling better, to realize that I could do stuff again, and learn again not to be afraid to try.

    Anxiety has always been a big part of it for me too. Best thing to combat anxiety, if you can, is to stay in the present and don't "what if" I know it is hard to do, but if you stay in the now and don't think what could or might happen, it does help keep anxiety levels down.
