Gail and I have been swapping quick and easy recipes. And she got me thinking again about something I wanted to post here a while back. I was thinking it would be very helpful if we use a code after each recipe title in the subject section to indicate whether or not the recipe is low sodium, low fat, low calories, low sugar, MAV friendly, Heart Healthy, no caffeine, etc. If the recipe fits into several categories, you might want to use a code so it goes quicker, like:

    *Q&E = quick and easy
    *lo so = Low sodium
    *lo fat = low fat
    *lo cal = Low calorie
    *HH=Heart Healthy
    *MAVF = MAV Friendly
*caf free = caffeine free, etc.

A subject line might look like this:

Easy Chicken (Q&E, lo fat, MAVF)
Fruit Smoothie (Q&E, no so, lo cal, HH, MAVF)
    BBQ Meatballs (Q&E only!!)

You get the picture. Just a thought.
