Melt butter and let cool to room temp.
Beat eggs and let cool to room temp.

    Mix wet ingredients
    Add dry ingredients
    Mix thoroughlyy, by Hand

If dough is too moist, add alittle extra flour
Dough should be stcky, but firm

Drop by teaspoonful onto non-greased cookie sheet
    About 1 1/2 inches apart
Bake at 350 for approximately 10-12 minutes(keep checking cookies for desired cooking time)
(bottom of cookies should be alittle brown, but not burnt. :))

    Let cookies cool before icing!

ICING( here's where it get tricky, cuz it's not written...anywhere. ;))

1 bag store brand Confectionery Sugar
1-1 Ounce Annisette or Lemon juice
SLOWLY add warm water while mixing to desired thickness
(you will want icing thick enough to DIP the tops of the cookies into, without it being so loose it all runs off!)
Sprinkle with Rainbow NonPareils (after icing approx. 10 cookies, sprinkle, while icing is still wet)

Today is cookie day, Leesa will be helping, I'm so excited!, I can't sleep!
We are Doubling this recipe, for making cookie tray Gifts!! YAY! 8)
Set iced cookie on cookie sheets until icing hardens
