    I'm going to tease everyone for another two weeks when I see my oto, then I'll spill the beans. FWIW - the elimination diet still plays a part, but that's not the final answer.

    Hi Papajoe:

    I've been missing your insightful posts.... Looking forward to hearing about the cure. I hope it does not involve giving up caffeine entirely though, I still like a 1/2 caff every now and then. ::)
