I always have a bag of hemp seeds around. Since I am trying to go vegetarian, and I have a tree nut allergy (it's not *that* bad an allergy, and I wish to keep it that way), I like to find a variety of ways to get my protein and nutrients in. I add them to all sorts of things, yogurt being one. I also love potato pancakes, but I use sweet potatoes mostly (but I haven't found a way to have them not be dry, so I mix regular potato in too, and add hemp seeds in the batter. Makes for a nice crunch.

I realized I'm not supposed to eat things with seeds or nuts due to Diverticulosis diagnosis.
    I like nuts!
I'm not eating those things these days!

But, I've discovered canned coconut milk and it's very soothing to mu tummy!
David,,where are you, are you okay?

Nuts, some people I know are just plain nuts!
(meant to be a joke and not intended for any one particular person here!)
    Sigh.
