    :: DaGiulia Gourmet Italian Tomato Basil Sauce [15mg] --> www.herestothecook.com
    :: Drew's All Natural Salad Dressing - Soy Ginger [84mg]
    :: Drew's All Natural Salad Dressing - Rosemary Balsamic [74mg]
    :: Drew's All Natural Salad Dressing - Romano Caesar [76mg]
    :: Trader Joe's Seafood Cocktail Sauce [10mg]
    :: Whole Foods Chunky Almond Butter [5mg]

    I find that overall, Trader Joe's stocks a greater number of low sodium options than any other high end grocery store.

    I have found a few spices that clearly are marked low sodium. I have a new cook book that I also use. It's helped me alot. got some spices from a spice company that I found in the Kitchen that turned out to be really good as well.

    I like to shop at Trader Joes too. I find that they have lower sodium items that may not even be listed as lo-so. They have a great salsa that is very low sodium and delicious! I buy my no salt added canned tomato products there, and my tuna. They have lower sodium chips you just have to check labels. For quick snacks, they have some great granola-type bars.
