I went the gluten free route back in 2002-2003 and it was quite difficult even though I had a Whole Food near by. My how time has changed when you can go into any grocery store and there's a ton of gluten free items. Although I am NOT diabetic, I also have noticed there are a lot more dietary items for them to chose from, as well.
