I've learned that I am not alone.

I've been able to travel around the world without leaving my house. I have made friendships with others that live in different countries because of Meniere's.

I've been accepted for who I am.

I've learned that it's okay to "grieve" for the old me.

I've grown to love myself and appreciate more in my life.

I've learned that when I am hurting others are there to carry me through. They are also there to share in the good times as well.

I have a new appreciation for blue flowers. :-*

I've been blessed to have had the opportunity to meet numerous people in person. My extended family continues to grow. :-*

I've learned that I don't have to be ashamed if I have an attack in public.

I have learned that people on this site are all in the same boat as I am.

I have learned to take everyday as it comes even if is a difficult day.

I have learned that there are other diseases worse than this one.

I have learned that family really help when you are at your worst.

I have learned that I have a purpose
I have learned what true friendship means
I have learned a lot about myself that I didn't know before
I have learned to laugh at myself....again
I've learned that sharing is liberating
