    "Son of God".....this movie was made for people like me, who are to lazy or confused to read the Bible! ;D

    have not gone yet, still getting over the worst movie of all time. "Wolf on Wall Street"

    It is always better to read the book. Movies dumb it down and sensationalize everything.

    I watched 12 years a slave this weekend and it is probably one of the best movies I have ever seen.

    It was released a year before the Oscars and adapted from a book with the same name. Surely you can get past your Oscar bias and watch something worthwhile. Or not.

    12 Years a Slave was an incredible movie. Very stirring and emotional. I could care less for the Oscars and as Intrepid stated, this movie was released a year before the Oscars. Given this, when I heard it won Best Picture I felt it was fully deserved.
