    Hi all,

Re. the viral hypothesis for MM, what is it about chocolate that's bad news? I'm presuming that the cocoa itself must have a high amount of arginine in it, but can't find any information on the net about it.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks,

    Alex.

Am back after sev. yrs absence; nice to be back. It's the caffeine contained in it. As you know, caffeine aids in fluid retention, which activates our MM. Cut out were caffeinated soft drinks and other items; sought and used are all the decafs and 'no-cafs' available. The only thing 'full strengthed' allowed here is chocolate and I try to have at least one serving/day :) Does this help? Hope you have a spin-free day.
