Are you mixing the C with orange juice? You shouldn't even be tasting it at all if you do.

For remembering your pills, just get one of those pill dispensers at Walgreens with the days/weeks on them. That's what i use. Then you only have to fill it up once a week or so.

 

As my ENT/Allergy doc said when I asked the same question - if you're allergic to Vitamin C, you're in a world of hurt. It's highly unlikely that ascorbic acid will trigger you. Citrus was a big trigger for me too, hence the question.

 

Can you drink apple juice? That works well too.

 

Intrepid do you know of any chelation drs in your area? They will give you vit c IV and it is covered by most insurance. I will let everyone know how it works for me.As of right now I feel not the best so hopefully it is working.Keep fighting.Larry

Who can tell me about this crappy funky bad whatever whatever feeling Im having today after that vit C IV bag yesterday?It was a 25 g bag and has my ear roaring and you know the rest.I can only keep trying. The good news for me is no true vertigo sense the last gent on the day before thanksgiving. O Well I suspose it could be worse I could have a short spike.
