    Taking back some Xmas gifts at the mall so tonight it will be:

    A Big Veggie Burrito (no meat) at Chipolte washed down with an unsweetened iced tea with lemon.

    I am home alone for a few days but before the family left they made Giuseppe his favorite soup:

    Tonight I am having homemade rice and chicken soup with carrots, celery and artichoke chunks with a very large glass of water with lemon.

    Around 8 I will head over to Barnes and Noble to read for a few hours and for dessert I will get:
    A venti size decaff latte with skim milk at Starbucks ----- they are delicious!

    Will finish up the night watching the second half of Cowboys vs a eagles game.

    A grilled chicken salad with non fat honey mustard dressing. Washed down with a large water at Chick-Fil-A

    Sounds Delicious!

    Tonight I am going to make some penne pasta with some low sodium pasta sauce and top it off with some ground beef and mushrooms.

    That sounds delicious!

    Tonight I am having homemade chili with Turkey instead of Beef and a few cheese and crackers.
    Always washed down with a large glass of water with lemon slice.

    Lulu that sounds delicious, I love minestrone!

    Tonight I am going to have a Grilled cheese on Rye bread with ham, tomato and onion and a big bowl of New England Clam Chowder. (freezing in Atlanta)
