Yep, we couldn't do anything against them Friday or Saturday. At least we finished that 10-game road trip 7-3. Bring on the Cubbies tonight!

Oh, and by the way, that Tejada trade is looking good these days.

 

Yep, any team is better with Tejada.

 

Well here we are at Memorial Day weekend and things have not worked out as planned for some teams. I am sure the fans in New York are puzzled by the Mets and Yankees. (heh, heh, heh)

The Rangers seem to be improving (Nolan Ryan as the team president will help that francise in the long run), the Astros are about where I expexted. The Cardinals are way better that expected. Chisox seem to be getting it together, but what about the Tigers?

The west coast teams confuse me. I thought the Dodgers would be stronger; the A's and Angels keep battling on. Should be a fun summer.

 

That's one of the things I like about baseball....all the wonderful surprises.

 

And I forgot to mention, Zito finally won his first game this year!

Baseball is my favorite thing to do at night. Make some popcorn, grab a beer and watch my Orioles and Braves on MLB network with my boys.

I love baseball, it is something new and different every game.
I love the game within the game.

I love the Cards Uniforms..... Almost as much as the Cartoon Oriole for the O's
