    Good to read that you are making a turn around for the better! Pamper yourself while recuperating! One thing I noticed that helps me is EmergenC that you can buy at the drug store. It is a powered form of Vitamin C that you mix in your water or juice. It is very high dose of Vitamin C and helps to fight off flu and colds.
