I read some interesting information about the flu vaccine. Did you know that there is mercury in the vaccine? One can avoid the mercury by asking for the single vile dose of the vaccine. The double vile dose contains the mercury. As I learned from my pdoc, the mercury is very trace and is used as a suspension to help with the mix of the vaccine. But for me I don't want to add any mercury to my body. So I am going to try to ask for the single vile dose this year.

I get the flu shot every year. Yes, when I get an upper respiratory it flares up MM and my asthma big time.

I had to have the pneumonia vaccine this year because my antibodies are very low. My arm blew up to the size of a watermelon for about 3 days and painful, OMG !!! In about 15 days I go back in for another blood test to see if my antibodies have increased.
