Please please help!!!!!

    Hey everyone. im here doing research on a paper in my nursing class and im trying to get a more personal veiw of Menieres. how does diet effect you? can changing your diet really help? i have had so much help from some really kind people. y'all are great. please feel free to comment if you like

    Too much sodium and caffeine increases my tinnitus and increases my potential for vertigo

    Yep has definately helped me. Controlled Sodium Diet 1500-2000mg per day, no caffiene. Has really cut down on the vertigo episodes. Also taking a dieuretic (sp).

    so far so good, last vertigo attack nov, before that june, no salt or baking soda, no fish, ear cleared, still dizzy, have to be creative cooking: curry powder helps, organic, the mc cormicks spices I think are all irradiated. expensive, but I don't eat meat.............
